Egypt's men's Paralympic volleyball team qualified for the final of the World Championship after defeating Germany in the semi-finals.

The tournament was held on the indoor halls of the club's club in the New Administrative Capital.

Egypt beat Germany 3-1 to reach the World Cup final for the first time in history to face Iran next Saturday to seal the title.

Egypt qualified for the semi-finals after beating Iraq, Rwanda and Japan. Germany qualified after beating Brazil by three games to one.

The list of the Egyptian national team in the tournament includes: Hisham Salah El-Din, Yasser Saad, Mohamed Abdullah, El-Sayed Moussa, Abdel Nabi Hassan, Ahmed Mohamed Fadl, Ashraf Zaghloul, Mutawa Abdel Baqi, Mohamed Saad, Hossam Massoud, Ahmed Mohamed Khamis, Zakaria El-Sayed, Ahmed Mohamed Hassan, Mohamed Ibrahim, Anwar Ramadan, Hamada Sayed, Fares Mohamed, Mohamed Hamdy, Mohamed El-Sayed, Abdullah Rizk, Ayman Al-Afifi as technical director, Taher Al-Baha'i as general coach, and Adel Ashoush as coach and acting administrative director.

17 countries participated in the tournament.
