La Liga giants Barcelona may need to pay €115,618 to the mandatory first registration fee for new players.
For each new signing in the First Division, the team must pay €57,809.
A few days ago, Barcelona signed Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford for the 2025/26 season on loan.
In addition, Barcelona signed another star, Joan Garcia. Therefore, Barcelona will need to register both names.
For both players, their registrations will depend on the financial margin created by outgoing transfers. Clément Lenglet’s move to Atlético Madrid, Ansu Fati’s loan to Monaco, and Pablo Torre’s transfer to Mallorca are expected to generate approximately €18 million in Financial Fair Play margin.
Once the registration process with LaLiga begins, Barça will also be required to pay the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) around €120,000.
Wojciech Szczesny is exempt from this fee. Although he must be re-registered after the season, the payment was already made last year when he joined Barcelona following his return from retirement.
