The Egyptian badminton team won the African Championship held in South Africa from 13 to 19 February.
Egypt beat Mauritius 3-2. Egypt topped Group C after beating Cameroon, Zambia 5-0, beating Uganda 3-1 and beating South Africa in the semi-finals.
Egypt's list in the tournament includes four men's players: "Ahmed Salah, Adham Hatem, Mahmoud Montaser, Karim Mahmoud Ezzat", and four women's players: "Duha Hani, Nour Yousry, Hana Tarek, Rahma Al-Adawy".
The Egyptian badminton team is led by Mahmoud Ezzat, and the team's mission is headed by Menna El-Tanani, a member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Badminton Federation.
The singles competition is scheduled to start tomorrow and continue until February 19
