Petrojet concluded the implementation of the desulfurization project in the Arab Gulf region, which aims to produce 435 million barrels per day of sulfate-free water required in drilling.

This came within the framework of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources headed by Tarek al-Mulla, which aims to open new horizons for the sector outside Egypt, especially in the Arab Gulf region.

This project is the first of its kind in terms of the volume of works and technical technology used, including the filtration using nanotechnology, which is one of the most recent methods used in extracting and separating sulfur in addition to the time period specified for implementation.

Petrojet managed to overcome the main challenge, which is operating during the coronavirus pandemic, while maintaining the safety of all workers and applying all necessary measures to prevent the risk of the virus spreading.

The company also succeeded in providing a good model for oil sector companies outside Egypt, in line with the company's previous experiences in operating in foreign markets.

Petrojet concludes the project in record time

In this context, the company succeeded in completing the project implementation work in record time and at the highest international quality standards, while following the latest safety and health controls applied in this type of specialized project.
