Zamalek SC star Youssef Obama announced that he had recovered from his infection with Covid-19.
The Zamalek player posted through his official Instagram account early on Wednesday: "Oh God, praise be to you as it should be, thank God ... negative," accompanied by an emoji of the Corona virus.
Obama contracted Corona before taking part in the White Knights' clash against Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League final.
He had undergone a new swab during the past 48 hours; to detect if he was cured or still carries the virus.
