Zamalek's doctor Mohamed Osama on Monday said that club has registered three coronavirus cases among players and members of technical staff.

"We have three cases in the first team; a player, and two members of the technical and medical staff," Osama said in statements to "OnTimeSports" channel.

Regarding Zamalek's midfielder Karim Bambo's health condition, Osama said that the player has not undergone the PCR tests with the White Knights player, thus "We take the coronavirus swab from him and the result will be unveiled later today."

It is worth mentioning that Zamalek's forward Mostafa Fathy has announced that he contracted coronavirus and he is under self-quarantine.

The White Knights gear up for resuming the Egyptian Premier League, due to restart on August 7, and they also are getting ready for their semi-finals clash against Morocco's Raja in the CAF Champions League in September.
