Star Ahmed Zahir revealed the scenes of his entry into the world of acting, explaining that when his family came to know about his joining the acting institute, hit him with a slipper.
“My family refused the idea of joining the ‘Higher Institute of Performing Arts’, so I forcibly joined the ‘Faculty of Commerce’, and after I passed the first year in the college, I applied to the institute,” Zahir said.
"Unfortunately, I failed exams and though that maybe this is my fate, and I completed in the college”
"In the third year of college, I decided to try my luck with acting again” Zahir said. “I performed the scenes well and got accepted, but I concealed that from my family and withdrew my file from the College, and when my family found out, I got hit with a slipper".
"They contacted me afterwards in the National Theater to participate in a theatrical show, but the play was not completed for some reason” the actor mentioned.
“After a year and a half, they contacted me once again in order to participate in a series.”
He expressed his amazing feeling while meeting the legends ,Nour al-Sharif, Mervat Amin and Majdi Abu Omaira, for the first time saying;
“When I went there, I was surprised by the presence of Nour al-Sharif, Mervat Amin and Majdi Abu Omaira, and expected that I had a small role; however, I was surprised by ‘Hazem’ role in the series ," The other. "
