Tonight, World Wrestling Entertainment will organize its annual Hall of Fame ceremony for honoring sports entertainment legends who impacted the world of wrestling entertainment.
The activities of the Hall of Fame will take place, immediately, after the Friday Night SmackDown episode, on the eve of NXT Stand & Deliver, and WrestleMania night 1.
Iconic Luchadore and legendary highflyer Rey Mysterio was announced as the first name to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. It is expected that he will be inducted by the legendary Konan.
Pro wrestling legend and Japanese icon the Great Muta, who retired early this year and faced WWE superstar and former NJPW icon Shinsuke Nakamura, will be also inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Iconic WWE Diva Stacy Keibler, who is known for her run with the Duddly Boyz and WCW Nitro Girls, and late comedian Andy Kaufman, who is known for his rivalry with Jerry "The King" Lawler, were named for the 2023 class of the prestigious ceremony.
Finally, Tim White was announced to receive the Warrior Award, to be the first referee to be honored in such a ceremony.
