Sherif Gad Included in Music, Singing Jury of Awladna Foundation

Within the framework of the activities of the Fifth Forum of Awladna Foundation headed by Suhair Abdel Qader, Sherif Gad, President of the Egyptian Association of Graduates of Russian and Soviet Universities, will participate in the Music and Singing Jury.

The Fifth Forum of Awladna Foundation will begin on November 16, under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Gad has graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication at Moscow University in 1985. He took up writing and worked as a press editor for Al-Ahaly and Sawt Al-Arab newspapers. He enrolled in the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK).

He held many positions in the cultural field, as he is the Director of Cultural Activity at the Russian Cultural Center (the Russian House), currently the President of the Arab Federation of Graduates of Russian and Soviet Universities, and Secretary General of the African Union for Graduates of Soviet and Russian Universities.

Also, he is the Vice President of the Film Association. Gad headed the largest Egyptian youth delegation that visited Russia (102 inpiduals) at the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi 2017.

The fifth session of the Forum is an exceptional session, where our children with special abilities will meet with the teams of the Afro-Chinese Arts and Folklore Festival. They will participate in African, Chinese and European artistic groups, and Russia is the guest of honor for this session in the framework of the celebration of the Year of Humanitarian Cooperation between the two countries.

The Russian artistic groups from the Russian community in Hurghada will participate in the forum in the fields of singing and folk arts.
