On Sunday, All Elite Wrestling signed with one of the biggest names in the scene of Pro Wrestling nowadays, Will Ospreay.
Last week, AEW President Tony Khan said a few days before AEW's Pay-Per-View Full Gear that AEW will sign with one of the best wrestlers in the world.
Khan didn't mention any teases regarding the highly anticipated signing, leaving the fans to guess the name.
Various names trended among AEW fans, including Ospreay, like Mercedes Mone, Ronda Rousey, and Dolph Ziggler.
Ospreay signed the contract live on the Pay-Per-View and said that he will be fully All Elite starting from the upcoming Revolution, but he still has business in New Japan Pro Wrestling to finish.
It was said that both WWE and AEW were strongly negotiating with the star to win his signature.
It was also reported that WWE and its Chief Content Officer Paul Levesque (Triple H) are aiming to make Ospreay the face of the re-branded NXT Europe.
