Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), warns of higher rates of infection with the Coronavirus outside China.

He tweeted that today that there’ve been some concerning instances of onward 2019nCoV spread from people with no travel history to China within the last weeks.

“The detection of a small number of cases may indicate more widespread transmission in other countries”, he said.

Adhanom stressed that the registered cases may be only the tip seen of the iceberg.

He indicated that detecting a small number of cases proves that the infection of the deadly virus is still spreading in other countries.

Despite the slow spreading of infection out of China, the WHO manager warns that the rate of infection may be out of control in the near future.

He pointed out the main target of the organization is limited now to contain the virus.

He recommends all nations to be more ready and cautious to fight that virus.

The Chinese authorities announced on Monday that the Coronavirus has claimed the lives of 908 people in the mainland.

The virus injured more than 40 thousand so far.

Only two deaths were recorded out the Chinese territories, one of them was in Hong Kong, off China mainland and the other was in the Philippines.

The injuries outside China were 350 cases in 30 countries across the globe.

The deadly virus was spotted for the first time in the middle section of China last December.

The WHO has declared an emergency state to face the threats linked to the virus.

The senior officials of the World Health Organization (WHO) expressed concern at possibilities of spreading Coronavirus, the deadly virus which broke out in China last December, in the poor countries.

They assured that the infection did not spread to the other districts in mainland China.

Adhanom revealed that the organization has sent more than 500 thousand masks to China and 40 thousand breathing devices to the inflicted nations across the world.

He urged governments of the countries across the globe to take strict and detailed measurements to face the danger of the deadly virus.

Adhanom revealed that 80% of infections were in Hubie province in the middle part of China.

The director-general of the WHO affirmed that masks, devices, and vestments would be sent to 24 developing nations to help them cope with the danger of the virus.
