Today, Sunday, the White House announced that US President Joe Biden will meet Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during his visit to Riyadh next month.

Earlier, the White House announced an expected visit by US President Joe Biden to Israel and Saudi Arabia next month.

Biden is expected to visit Israel and Palestine on July 14-15, before heading to Saudi Arabia, a number of Israeli officials told “Axios” website.

Moreover, the US President is set to meet with Israeli President Isaac Herzog and Israeli Prime Minister (PM) Naftali Bennett, as well as Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

According to Israeli officials, Biden is scheduled to visit Saudi Arabia on July 15.

It is worth mentioning that, the reports about the trip of the US President to the Middle East came after a delegation headed by Barbara Leaf, the Assistant of the US Secretary of State for the Middle East Affairs, visited Palestine and had a meeting with President Mahmoud Abbas.

Last month, CNN cited reports claiming that US President Joe Biden and the Saudi Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman would meet each other for the first time in June.
