Sada El Balad English Website “SEE” inform you of the details of cinema, theater shows and concerts scheduled to be held this evening, Sunday, 8-12-2019.

For the movie lovers, Al-Hanager Theatre presents the second day of "cinema 4 all" Festival shows in its first session; it is the first international independent film festival in Egypt. The doors are open for free to the public to watch films from 5 pm to 9 pm, during which 10 short feature films will be screened, including 7 Egyptian, one Jordanian, one Moroccan and another Tunisian.

Darb 1718 Cultural Center is scheduled to screen “Top El Eira” movie which tells the story of a 80 year-old mother who escapes from Syria to UAE, while her kids are displaced in 7 countries.

French Cultural Center organizes a Christmas exhibition during which it offers various products of clothes and accessories on the occasion of the Christmas. The exhibition is held from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm .

In El Sawy Culture Wheel, Al Rayes Dia band play Rababa at 7:00 pm. Rababa is a famous ancient Egyptian musical instrument that is played by the people of Upper Egypt.

At Cairo Jazz Club, Ahmed Nazmi, electronic guitar player performs a concert from 10:30 pm toll 3:00 am.

Ala Fikra band

Jazz Festival and "Africa" films continue at the Heliopolis Library for the second day from 6 to 10 pm. It begins with honoring great artist Yahya Khali, the founding father of Oriental Jazz, in an open meeting entitled "The Story of Jazz in Egypt".

At Cairo opera house, the Egyptian-Swiss musical band “Ala Fikra” performs its concert at 8:00 pm today at the small theater, where they perform jazz music.

At Cairo Opera House’s Grand Theater, the Spanish Ballet Flamenco de Madrid, one of the world’s most famous flamenco bands, concludes its annual tour in Egypt, during which it presented George Bizet’s “Carmen” ballet in 4 concerts through flamenco dance.

At Al-Salam Theater, the "40 Rules of Love" novel will continue to be presented at 8:00 pm.
