Weather Forecast: Cairo to Reach 42°C

Meteorologists predict hot weather to prevail Wednesday over the northeast coasts. While it will be very hot in the other areas; yet it will be fine throughout the night.

Winds are expected to be westerly; they will be active in the western parts of the country.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea are expected to be moderate and will range between 1.5 and 2 meters. Waves in the Red Sea are expected to be moderate and will range between 1.5 and 2 meters with northwesterly surface winds.

 

Maximum temperatures expected for the following cities are:

 

Cairo: 42 degrees Celsius

Tanta: 40 degrees Celsius

Alexandria: 32 degrees Celsius

Matrouh: 32 degrees Celsius

Port Said: 35 degrees Celsius

Ismailia: 42 degrees Celsius

Sharm El Sheikh: 41 degrees Celsius

Hurghada: 40 degrees Celsius

Fayoum: 42 degrees Celsius

Assuit: 45 degrees Celsius

Sohag: 45 degrees Celsius

Qena: 45 degrees Celsius

Luxor: 45 degrees Celsius

Aswan: 45 degrees Celsius
