Meteorologists: Cairo to Face 37 °C

Meteorologists expect moderate weather to prevail, today Saturday, over the northern coasts. Hot and humid weather is expected across the coastal cities and Cairo. While it would be very hot in southern Upper Egypt, it would be also fine throughout the night.

Moreover, meteorologists expect mist to impact on visibility today morning in the northern areas as well as low-level clouds. Winds are expected to be northwesterly in South Sinai and Suez Gulf.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea are expected to be moderate and will range between 1.5 and 2 meters. Waves in the Red Sea are expected to be light to moderate and will range between 1 and 1.5 meters with northwesterly surface winds.

Noteworthy, throughout Egypt، days are commonly warm or hot، and nights are cool, according to weather and climate website.

The Egyptian summer is hot and dry in most of the country, and humid in the Delta and along the Mediterranean coast. In recent years the humidity has spread to Cairo; Winter is mild with some rain, but usually, it is bright, sunny days with cold nights.

The best time to travel to Egypt is during the winter، between December and February، when temperatures range between 20 to 26 degrees Celsius (68 to 79 degrees Fahrenheit).

Assuit: 39 degrees Celsius

Sohag: 40 degrees Celsius

Qena: 42 degrees Celsius

Luxor: 44 degrees Celsius

Aswan: 44 degrees Celsius
