The United States of America (USA) indicated the possibility of easing the sanctions on Iran which related to its nuclear program. But the USA refuses to respond to the extravagant demands presented by Tehran.

Ned Price, the spokesman for the US Department of State, said on Tuesday that his country perceives the necessity of ensuring the easing of the sanctions on Iran which do not relate to the nuclear agreement.

Price commented on the Iranian request to lift all sanctions, saying that extreme demands of Iran will lead to nowhere.

He added that the US delegate in Vienna sought to discuss steps to implement the nuclear agreement with Iran.

He considered the requests of the USA to lift the sanctions as unconstructive measurements or unilateral steps that Iran doesn’t respond to them positively.

Price confirmed that the US negotiators in the Austrian capital concentrate only on the constructive measurements to achieve the nuclear agreement as to the final target of talks in Vienna.

He pointed out that the national interests of both the USA, Russia, are China are similar when all talk about crossing the hurdles related to the Iranian nuclear program.

He indicated that Iran’s efforts to acquire a nuclear arsenal don’t go with the interests of either Moscow or Beijing.

Price revealed that Washington doesn’t expect direct talks with Iran within the frame of consultations on its nuclear program in Vienna.

But these consultations and useful and constructive in any case.

On the other hand, Kane Psaki, spokeswoman for the White House, said that the Joe Biden administration doesn’t expect any change in policy toward Iran over the multi-party talks in Vienna to return to the nuclear agreement signed in 2015.

She explained that Washington refuses to take any step in the present time but the USA allows talks to go on.

However, Iran’s Foreign Ministry stresses that Iran will not return to the nuclear agreement unless the USA lifts all sanctions soon.
