Warm weather to prevail Thursday, Cairo 21C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicted that the country will witness a rise in the temperature and warm weather, during daylight hours on Thursday.

Warm weather is foreseen to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Eastern Coasts, North and South Upper Egypt.

It is also predicted that moderate weather to prevail in the Northwest Coasts.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, said that there will be a chance of light rain prevailing in the Northern Coasts, at intermittent periods.

It is also foreseen that the country will be witnessing mist on some agricultural roads close to water areas, leading to and from Cairo. The mist will also prevail in Lower Egypt and North Upper Egypt.

Extremely cold weather is predicted to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northern Coasts, North and South Upper Egypt, at night.

Meanwhile, the atmosphere will be cold in South Sinai.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 21C in Cairo, 19C in Alexandria, 18C in Marsa Matruh, 23C in Sohag, 23C in Qena and 25C in Aswan.
