Warda Voted Man of Match with PAOK Defeating Crete

Amr Warda has been voted as the Protergia Fans’ Man of the Match following PAOK’s win over OFI Crete in the Greek Premier League.

PAOK FC had achieved a crushing 3-0 victory over ninth-placed OFI Crete in the Greek Super League’s 17th round on Sunday.

Christos Tzolis opened the scoring for PAOK in the second-half before Fernando Varela and Michael Krmenčík added goals to secure the win and three points.

The victory guides PAOK to their 35th point as they currently hold second place, ten points away from Ahmed Hassan Kouka's Olympiacos at the top of the Greek Super League table standings .

Warda’s start against OFI Crete marked his fourth appearance for PAOK since re-joining them from Volos earlier this year.

His performance on Sunday earned him the the Protergia Fans’ Man of the Match award after receiving 23.83% of the votes in the poll.
