The health authorities in the United States of America (USA) announced today, Monday, that all the population can receive vaccines against the Coronavirus (known also as COVID-19).

It is worth noting that the campaign of vaccination accelerates across the country which tops in numbers of infections and deaths of the deadly virus.

More than 50.4% of Americans above 18 years have one dose of the vaccine and 32.5% of this category have received two doses so far, especially people above 65 years according to the statistics announced by the US Federal Agency for Public Health.

In light of those statistics, about 131.2 million in the USA have got at least one dose of the vaccine.

The health authorities in the US decided last Tuesday to suspend using the vaccine produced by Jonson & Johnson company after detecting six cases of thrombosis in women who were vaccinated by that vaccine, one of the women died later.

But despite suspending that vaccine, this decision won't affect the rate of vaccination as it presents a little percentage of vaccines used in the USA.

US President Joe Biden said last Tuesday that there will be sufficient doses of the anti-corona vaccines for all Americans.

He stressed that this matter is unequivocal and uncontroversial.

However, US chief infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci announced that Washington may probably move next week to provide the vaccine produced by Jonson & Johnson.

Fauci said in a televised statement that he "expects the decision to be made when the consultants of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention meet on Friday to discuss the temporary suspension of the Johnson vaccine, which consists of a single dose."

He added that he would be very surprised if the health authorities do not have a resumption of the vaccine by Friday.

He expected that the regulators will want to extend the suspension for a little longer."
