The Ukrainian forces announced that Russian forces are withdrawing towards Belarus to organize their ranks, according to Al-Arabiya news.
The Russian-Ukrainian war has entered its 2nd month, as thousands of soldiers on both sides have been killed and millions displaces from the Ukrainian side, since the start of Russian operations on Ukraine on February 24.
Several countries have imposed significant economic sanctions on Moscow, affecting its leadership; President Vladimir Putin, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Russia also responding by imposing personal sanctions on a number of US and Canadian leaders, on top of them is US President Joe Biden.
