The Ukrainian military said that 32,750 Russian soldiers were killed since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24.

On Wednesday, “Ukrinform” news agency quoted the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as saying that the Ukrainian forces destroyed 1,440 tanks, 3,528 armored combat vehicles, 722 artillery systems, 179 helicopters, 591 drones, and 129 cruise missiles.

The general staff added that its forces also managed to destroy 2,485 vehicles, fuel tanks, and 13 warships, along with 55 units of special equipment, pointing out the Russian forces incurred – during the past day – the largest losses in Sievierodonetsk and Bakhmut cities.

In the same vein, the public prosecutor’s office in Ukraine confirmed that children victims of the Russian attacks in Ukraine had risen to 892, and 892 injured since the beginning of the Russian invasion.

On the other hand, the authorities in Donetsk announced the Ukrainian forces shelled with heavy artillery and rocket launchers five medical centers and public facilities in one day.

Today, Wednesday, RT news reported that hundreds of Ukrainian missiles and shells fell on Donetsk, and some of them directly targeted medical centers.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov described on Tuesday the recent shelling of Kyiv forces on residential neighborhoods in Donetsk as a “barbaric act”, noting that the Ukrainian army had recently intensified its attacks on Donbas.

“Denis Pushilin, the Head of Donetsk has requested additional military support against the backdrop of Ukraine’s escalation and targeting of civilians,” Peskov said, stressing that the request had been referred to the Russian Defense ministry.

On its part, the Military and Civil Administration of the Kherson region stated that two people were killed and 5 others were injured in a renewed bombing of the Chornobaivka, indicating that the injured were transferred to the hospital for treatment.
