Iconic Sports TV host Ahmed Shoubir said, Monday, that the UEA's Al Jazira wants to sell Morcean star Ashraf Bencharki this summer.
Shoubir highlighted in his radio show that the reason for Al Jazira's desire to sell the star is his huge salary.
He added that Bencharki didn't receive any official bid from any Egyptian clubs, including Pyramids whose Pacheco is still studying the player.
The Moroccan star left Al Zamalek, last year, after claiming victory with the Egypt Cup in the 2020/2021 season.
He was also instrumental in Zamalek’s victory with the Egyptian Premier League campaign, which was Al Zamalek's first league title since 2015.
During his run with the team, he scored 15 goals and seven assists in 30 games. In addition, he held various titles with the Whites, including the 2020 CAF Super Cup, and 2019 and 2020 Egypt Cup titles, along with the 2020 EPL title.
