It is worth mentioning that, yesterday, a ship designated for transporting fuel was subject to a terrorist attack by an explosive-laden boat while it was anchored in the fuel dump in Jeddah, according to an official source at the Saudi  Ministry of Energy.

“The firefighting and safety units managed to extinguish the limited fire. There were no injuries or loss of life in the accident, and no damage was reported to the fuel unloading facilities or any impact on its supplies,” SPA quoted the source as saying.

“These terrorist acts of sabotage, directed against the vital installations go beyond targeting the Kingdom, and its vital facilities, to targeting the security and stability of energy supplies to the world and the global economy,” the source added.
