Twitterers Circulate Funeral of King Salman Bodyguard (video)

Many users of social networking sites "Twitter", as well as several Saudi news sites, circulated footage of the funeral of the bodyguard of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Major General Abdul Aziz Al-Fagham, who was killed on Saturday in a personal dispute with a friend in Jeddah.

Twitterers circulated a video showing a large crowd attending the funeral of Al-Fagham. He was buried to his final resting place in the cemetery of the Haram Mosque`s martyrs after performing the funeral prayer for him after Ishaa prayer in the Haram Mosque.

The late was a bodyguard of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, and after his death became a bodyguard of King Salman bin Abdulaziz.

King Salman, in mid-2017, issued a royal order to promote Fagham "an exceptional promotion" to the rank of Major General.

Al-Fagham `s father worked as a personal bodyguard to King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, and  accompanied King Abdullah for more than 30 years before he died at the age of 47.

Al-Fagham`s father appointed his son in the brigade of the Saudi National Guard after he showed his excellence in various skills.

Al-Fagham joined King Khalid Military College at the beginning of 1989 and graduated from it at the end of 1991.

He was appointed to the Special Brigade and he was transferred to the Royal Guard after merging with the Special Brigade.

Major General Al-Fagham was named World Bodyguard by the World Academy.

The late Major General had great popularity, love and admiration from the Saudi society, who saw him as an attractive and striking figure.

He was distinguished by many professional skills, speed of intuition, good behavior and great dedication in his work.

In 2017, a photograph of Al-Fagham received great admiration and was widely circulated by international newspapers and social media pioneers. The pictures showed Al-Fagham helping King Salman wearing his shoes ahead of the Riyadh summit.

A large number of Saudis mourned the bodyguard of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, after his death today, after being transferred to King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Jeddah.
