Twitter suspended on Friday, the account of the former Donald Trump adviser and surrogate Steve Bannon after he called for the beheading of Dr Anthony Fauci and the FBI director, Christopher Wray, as well as the posting of their heads outside the White House as a “warning”, according to The Guardian.

On other hand, Twitter banned Bannon’s War Room account permanently, saying it had suspended the podcast account for violating its policy on the glorification of violence. Also, the same video was on Facebook for about 10 hours before it was also removed, according to CNN.

Noteworthy, Bannon's comments came as other supporters of President Trump also used violent and militaristic rhetoric to back Trump's baseless claims of a rigged election and to condemn his perceived political opponents.

Earlier, Twitter placed a warning over U.S. president Donald Trump’s post which alleged that Democrats were trying to “steal” the election, the social network has hidden the tweet behind a message warning that his tweet was disputed and might be misleading.

“We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the Election,” Trump tweeted at 12:49 a.m. ET on Wednesday. We will never let them do it, according to Los Angeles Times.

On other hand, the Twitter Safety team said, “We placed a warning on a Tweet from @realDonaldTrump for making a potentially misleading claim about an election. This action is in line with our Civic Integrity Policy.”
