Lights will be shed on Sunday, July 14 at 30 June Stadium, where Tunisia will play against Senegal in the semi-final of the Africa Cup of Nations. See presents the Eagles of Carthage history against Teranga Lions in the AFCON.

Tunisia - the one-time title holders - met Senegal on five occasions before in this showpiece tournament. Both teams won only one game, while the three other confrontations ended in draws.

They have never met in the semi-finals of AFCON before, so tomorrow's clash will be the first confrontation between both teams in the semis.

The first game between Senegal and Tunisia was in AFCON 1965, hosted by Tunisia where they hold a goalless draw.

Thirty-seven years later, they met again for the second time in this tournament. This confrontation, which was held in Mali, ended in a goalless draw as well.

Two years later, Tunisia pulled off their first victory over Senegal in the last eight of 2004 AFCON, hosted by Tunisia.
