United States (US) President Donald Trump’s National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien has tested positive for Coronavirus, according to informed sources.

The sources added that O’Brien has been out of the office since late last week, according to Bloomberg.

It’s unclear how O’Brien was exposed to the coronavirus or how much in-person contact he’s had recently with Trump.

Anyone who is close to the president is tested regularly for the disease.

The White House communications staff did not immediately comment.

It is worth mentioning that, the pandemic continues to surge with infections and deaths on the rise in many U.S. states.
