Trump Supports Artificial Intelligence Technology

CAIRO, Feb. 11 (SEE)- A senior official at US

administration said that the American president Donald Trump will sign an

executive order, asking the federal agencies to allocate more sources and

investments to search and train in the artificial intelligence technology.

The American administration will

guide the agencies to give the priority to invest in the researches and

development efforts of the artificial intelligence. The administration also

searching for the possibility of getting data and required models for these

researches, and train the employees to adapt with the artificial intelligence

age.

The American official said through phone

call in a conference they did not announce a specific financial allocations for

the initiative. He added that this initiative called for improved reporting and

monitoring the expenditure of the researches.

This initiative aimed to ensure US'

superiority in researches of the artificial intelligence and the related fields

like quantitative computing.

The American President Donald Trump

Trump said in a state of the Union

address he is ready to work with lawmakers to inject new and important

investments in the infrastructure. He described the importance of investment in

advanced industries.

The senior official said "The

artificial intelligence touches every side of people's life, as this initiative

tries to show the American citizens the importance of technology in their

future lives".

The experts expressed their concern

about artificial intelligence, as it is expected to lead to the cancelation of

jobs in various industries.
