US President Donald Trump said that every American citizen can get Coronavirus Vaccine by next April as the US will obtain enough doses of the vaccines for every American citizen.

During Friday's briefing, Trump said that distribution of a vaccine will begin within 24 hours of its readiness.

Trump stressed: “developing the vaccine is our top priority and I think distribution will go even quicker than most people think."

“Hundreds of millions of doses will be available each month, and we expect to have enough vaccines for every American by April 2021,” he confirmed.

Earlier, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said that U.S. President Donald Trump will not attend the United Nations General Assembly meeting next week, due to Coronavirus Pandemic.

Meadows told reporters, while he was on his way to a Trump campaign rally in Wisconsin, that the president will not be in New York City for the annual gathering of world leaders, according to The Hill Newspaper.

Leaders will meet virtually, and many have submitted taped addresses, but Trump had yet to submit his own speech, raising the possibility that he may speak in person Sept. 22.

It is worth mentioning that, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared coronavirus a global pandemic as the new virus has rapidly spread to more than 121,000 people from Asia to the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.

More cases of the virus, which causes respiratory disease COVID-19, continue to emerge, with outbreaks in South Korea, Italy, and Iran.

People across the globe partake in self-isolation for 14 days as an effective precautionary measure to protect those around them and themselves from contracting COVID-19.

Transmission of virus between humans happens when someone comes into contact with an infected person’s secretions, such as droplets in a cough.

It can also be transmitted by coming into contact with something an infected person has touched and then touching your mouth, nose, or eyes.
