Egyptian player Mahmoud Hassan Trézéguet shined after netting twice to lead Aston Villa to a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday.

This victory enriched Villa's hope to escape from the relegation zone as they are now in the 18th spot with thirty points and they have three other games against Everton, Arsenal and West Ham United.

Crystal Palace started the game so fiercely as early as after only seven minutes when they scored a goal, but the referee cancelled it after consulting VAR due to a handball.

Before the half-time whistle, Trézéguet gave his side the lead after nodding home Hourihane’s free-kick at the far post.

In the 59th minute, the Egyptian star shined once again, sealing the victory when he received a well-played pass from Conor Hourihane inside the penalty area as he poked his shot through the legs of Guaita into the back of the net.
