Trezeguet, who moved to Villa from Kasimpasa in July, took part in the previous three games with his side in the Premier League, but he failed to score any goal till now.

On July 24, Aston Villa completed the signing of Trezeguet from Turkey’s Kasimpasa in a deal worth up to £8.75 million.

The 24-year-old delivered an effective performance with the Pharaohs in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

He became the 12th Egyptian player joining the Premier League after Ahmed Hossam Mido, Ahmed Fathi, Hossam Ghaly, Mohamed Shawky, Amr Zaki, Ahmed Elmohamady, Gedo, Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Elneny, Ahmed Hegazi, and Ramadan Sobhi.
