American singer-songwriter, Taylor Swift announced Thursday on Twitter a new release for the re-recorded version of the 2012 album “Red”.

The re-recorded version was initially set to be released on November 19 but is now slated to arrive seven days earlier on November 12.

"Got some news that I think you’re gonna like - My version of Red will be out a week earlier than scheduled (including the 4 disc vinyl) on November 12th! Can’t wait to celebrate the 13th with you and our new/old autumn heartbreak album," the pop star tweeted.

The re-recording of the 2012 album will feature all 30 songs that were meant to be included in the original album. It will also feature never-before-released tracks.

In the new album, the singer-songwriter collaborated with Phoebe Bridgers, Ed Sheeran, Chris Stapleton, and more.

Last month, Swift released her new single "Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version)" from the upcoming re-recorded version of 2014’s album "1989".

In April, Swift released “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)”, the re-recorded version of the 2008 album “Fearless”, and a previously unheard single "You All Over Me" featuring Maren Morris.

Swift is remaking all her albums up to 2017’s “Reputation” after Scooter Braun acquired the label under which the singer recorded her early albums and sold the master rights to her first six albums for $300 million in November 2020.
