Suspension of Navigation in Ports of Alexandria, Dekheila Due to Bad Weather

The report of the Operations Room and Crisis Management Ministry at the Ministry of Local Development revealed a decrease in temperatures and the presence of light to medium winds at the level of the Republic and light to medium rains in the governorates of Alexandria and Kafr El-Sheikh.

The report also indicated that the Dakahlia governorate witnessed light rain falling on some of the governorate centers that did not rise to water pools, and work is underway to comb them and raise any accumulations of water in the streets, and light to moderate rain fell on the governorates of Damietta, Beheira, Al Gharbia, Port Said and Matrouh and are dealt with by neighborhood and city equipment and equipment Drinking water and sanitation companies.

Major General Mahmoud Shaarawy, Minister of Local Development, directed to raise the level of preparedness and emergency in the executive bodies in the governorates and all sites, especially the expected rains, with the continued presence of emergency teams and rapid intervention in anticipation of any unforeseen events, in light of the meteorological authority's expectations of bad weather and rain falling in some governorates .
