The revenues of the Suez Canal increased to reach EGP 7.4 billion pounds in February 2021, compared to EGP 7.2 billion in February 2020, according to the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).
The CAPMAS added that Suez Canal's revenues recorded EGP 7.8 billion in January 2021.
Moreover, it added that the number of vessels passing the canal reached 1152 in February 2021, compared with 1107 vessels at the same period of the previous year.
