Sudan thanks Sisi’s efforts in Khartoum's issues

Vice-President of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council Lieutenant General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo thanked President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for his visit to Khartoum, and for his interest in Sudan's issues.

In a press statement, the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council said that Sisi met with Dagalo at the Presidential Palace. The meeting discussed the cooperation between Sudan and Egypt and ways to support and develop them in all fields.

They also discussed coordinating efforts on regional and international issues of common interest in the interests of the two countries.

Dagalo gave an explanation to Sisi on the progress of implementing the Juba Agreement for Sudan's Peace, and the participation of the signatories to the agreement in the transitional government.

Dagalo confirmed his country's keenness to benefit from Egypt's development efforts in all fields through the exchange of experiences, as well as strengthening mutual cooperation on the security and military levels, the statement noted.
