On Monday, Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, in which he congratulated the Egyptian president on the occasion of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, according to Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Rady.
“The president expressed, during the call, his thanks to the emir of Qatar for his congratulation, praying to Allah Almighty to [bless] this occasion for the peoples of the two brotherly countries and all Arab and Islamic peoples with welfare, prosperity, and blessings,” the spokesperson added.
