Sisi Meets Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, King of Jordan in Cairo

On Sunday, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and King Abdullah II of Jordan at Cairo International Airport, according to the Egyptian Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Rady.

During a short break in the VIP lounge at the airport, Sisi welcomed Sheikh Mohamed and the accompanying delegation and exchanged cordial conversations that expressed the depth of the brotherly relations that unite the two countries and their brotherly peoples.

Sheikh Mohamed is accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and others.

"Meanwhile, Jordan’s King Abdullah headed to Cairo on Sunday for trilateral talks with the Emirati and Egyptian leaders," the royal palace said.

At a previous meeting in Sharm El Sheikh, the two leaders reviewed issues of interest and the latest developments on the regional and international scene.

They affirmed the importance of strengthening Arab solidarity in the face of common challenges, with Sheikh Mohamed commending the privileged relations between the two nations.
