Sisi Inspects Nasr City Construction Works, Speaks to Street Vendor

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inspected construction works of some axes and bridges in Nasr City, where he followed up with the work progress and completion rates directly from the engineers supervising the sites, according to Presidency Affairs Spokesperson Ambassador Bassam Rady.

Rady added that the president stressed the need to adhere to all precautionary measures related to the novel coronavirus pandemic during work in order to preserve the safety and health of workers in those sites.

"President Sisi also visited a number of services and refueling sites on the Ismailia Desert of Egypt, where he met with Major General Magdy Anwar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Roads Company," Rady added.

Moreover, the President noted that these sites should be integrated services centers for the service of citizens.

"President Sisi was also keen to stop during his tour to speak with a street vendor who was present at the time of the president's tour," he added.

Rady pointed out that Sisi discussed with the street vendor the living conditions and his needs.
