President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said on Sunday that Egypt doesn't have several resources like the other African countries, stressing that the Egyptian state is ready to cooperate with African countries in all fields.

During the Africa Health ExCon, he said the capabilities in Egypt are available to the brothers in Africa, stressing that "This is not a political talk, and what we have is available to you as participation, training, education, treatment, transfer and exchange of experiences, and we are ready to do this."

The president spoke about Egypt's water share, saying that Egypt's share is 55 billion cubic meters and has not changed since the population was 3 million people until now, adding: "Have we entered into a conflict with our brothers in order to increase this share?,..No."

"We have worked out programs to treat water in accordance with international health standards and benefit as much as possible,” he continued.

"Egypt is the first or second country in the world to benefit from water treatment and desalination for the benefit of its people," Sisi concluded.
