Vladimir Solovyov, a Russian journalist and TV presenter nicknamed "Voice of Putin", warned that if the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) continues to support Ukraine in the war, there will be a "massive nuclear strike" from which only "mutants" will survive.

The Kremlin and senior Russian officials have said Russia will not use nuclear weapons in Ukraine, even as statements about their possible use grow.

Solovyov was speaking on the state channel Rossiya-1, referring to NATO member states sending weapons to Ukraine amid the ongoing war.

Since Russian President Vladimir Putin launched what he called a "special military operation" in Ukraine on February 24, NATO countries have sent weapons to Kyiv, including high-tech, anti-aircraft, and anti-tank weapons, as well as medical supplies and equipment.
