“It’s the main reason of agility, good mood and healthy life,” she added.

On the other hand, sport could have dangerous consequences during Ramadan, that’s why it should take place under certain conditions.

According to sport time, Soukia pointed out that it could be before breakfast by maximum one hour, in order to eat directly afterwards, compensate all lost bodily fluids and regain activity.

For those who prefer to exercise after breakfast, it is important to do this 2 hours after eating in order to ensure the completion of digestion process.

In cases of headache, dizziness or elevated heart rates, people have to stop workout immediately.

It is better to avoid hard exercises that need much effort; as they help in stimulating appetite and lead to eating huge and unusual amounts of food on breakfast.

Moreover, exercises should take place in cool places away from sun radiations to prevent people from feeling thirsty and exhausted.

The nutrition consultant urged people to pursue a healthy regime during the whole month; as this helps in maximizing the exercising's advantages.

“Dates and meals rich in protein, carbohydrates, potassium and fibers are very important,” she clarified.

In the same context, people should focus on drinking large amount of water during breakfast time.

To those who suffer from heart diseases, high blood pressure “hypertension” or blood sugar level disorder, gentle exercises could be the best choice for them during Ramadan.

For food supplements, Soukia warned athletics from taking them randomly but after asking a specialized doctor.
