Ride 4 PS5 will release on January 21, 2021, and has unwrapped details on how the studio is utilising the power of Sony’s next-generation to enhance its motorbike racing sequel.

Ride 4 boasts some of the PlayStation 5 features that will be utilized during gameplay. The DualSense controller will be able to offer more immersion with its haptic abilities, and that super fast SSD will make quick work of loading.

The game will feature 20 bikes upon launch for players to get their hands on as well as an improved career mode that allows racers to partake in leagues across America, Europe, and Asia.

On other hand, the players can grab themselves a free copy of the next-generation version until April 30, 2021. The game will also transfer all of its purchased DLCs, while Xbox’s Smart Delivery system will be handling the transition automatically for players on the Series.

The next-gen enhancements bring over high quality shaders, refined textures and other visual improvements over PS5 and Series X. According to Milestone, the PlayStation 5’s DualSense controller will also add some added haptics in its triggers.

Noteworthy, Ride 3, the last game of the series, met with players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms in 2018. The new game of the series, Ride 4, will find its way to the next generation PlayStation 5 console in addition to these three platforms.
