Ribery: Thanks Egyptians for Warm Welcome

Bayern Munich star, Franck Ribéry thanked the Egyptians for their warm welcome during his stay in Egypt.

The former french player attended the final clash between Algeria and Senegal at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, which was held at Cairo stadium.

"Thanks to the people of Egypt for the warm welcome. Had a wonderful time. I really appreciated visiting the Coptic Museum of Cairo with my family and having the possibility to visit the first of seven World Wonders, the pyramids of Cheops," Ribéry said on his official Instagram page on Tuesday.

"It has been an unforgettable trip. See you very soon InshaAllah," he added.

It is worth mentioning that Ribery, who is married to an Algerian woman named Wahiba, attended the final clash to support the Desert warriors. The Bayern Munich star also visited the Giza Pyramids alongside his family.
