On Monday, Gary Janetti, the creator and the actor of the animated controversial parody "The Prince," talked about Prince Harry's thoughts regarding the series mocking the Royal Family including the Duke and Duchess of Sussex after giving up their royal duties.

During his appearance on "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen," Janetti said: “I don’t know if Harry has said anything to Orlando Bloom about it, but I know before the show premiered, he was aware that Orlando was doing it … and he seemed to have a sense of humor about it."

The Prince's earliest 12 episodes set a portrayal for Prince George's, 8, life as the upcoming heir of the British throne and his school days.

The series received mixed views between praise, and complaints of the way the British Royal family was reflected on the screen, especially, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte.

In the same context, Bloom previously told reporters about his controversial role in the series: "Initially, I was like, ‘Hmm, how do I feel about this?’ because I’m a British boy who’s actually very proud of my roots."

He added: "I’ve always understood it as part of my heritage and background, and I’m not someone who wants to poke fun at anyone normally, but this was so clever, witty, and affectionately done.”

It is worthy to mention that the sixth on the line to the throne Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married in 2018, and the couple has now two children: Archie, and Lilibet. The couple exited the royal duties in 2020, and they moved to a new residence in California.
