Realme firm unveiled  new 6 series on Friday, Realme 6 Pro will be pushed further higher up in the price segment as well, offering premium features unseen in its predecessors.

Both models are expected to feature a similar design, which includes a punch-hole camera in its display and quad-rear cameras. This would be a deviation from the waterdrop notch on its predecessor but fits right alongside other mid-range punch-hole devices like the Poco X2, according to company executive.

One big difference between the two models in terms of design is in the front. The Realme 6 will come with a single punch hole shooter on its display, while the  6 Pro version adds two punch-hole cameras on the front.

According to Business News, Realme is going to follow its own legacy with the pricing strategy. The company will again bring Realme 6 Pro in the same pricing range as Realme 5 Pro. The leaked prices hint at a starting price of Rs 9,999 for Realme 6.

So, as per the leak, the new phone will start at Rs 9,999 and new series 6 Pro could at Rs 13,999, similar to the Realme 5 series. The 6 Pro base model may come with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage and not with 4GB RAM. Realme 6 Pro India price may start at Rs 13,999 or Rs 14,999, but it will not cost more than 15000 in India.

It was previously leaked to have a quad camera setup running on a Snapdragon 710 processor, and now it’s said to be Helio P90. Both these chips by Qualcomm and MediaTek offer almost identical performances with similar scores on AnTuTu.

On other hand, the new phone has moved the volume buttons to the left and has positioned them slightly lower which makes them easy to hit. The SIM tray is right above the volume buttons and sits flush with the body. We did notice that the phone is a bit thick at 9.6mm and packs in a 4,300mAh battery.
