On Thursday, Queen Elizabeth II passed away at the age of 96 years old at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, here are the details of the Queen’s final days before her death.
Two days before her death, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was keened to meet the former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and gave a proper appreciation and standoff.
Next, she had a meeting with the newly appointed Prime Minister Liz Truss. She was surprisingly on her feet, despite her mobility problems.
Last February, she told the parliament members: “Well, as you can see, I can’t move!” Since then, she used a walking cane.
Unfortunately, the late figure had to cancel a series of public events due to mobility problems, including the Braemar Highland Gathering.
Moreover, she was pulled out of a virtual Privy Council the day before her death.
Regardless of her declining health, the Queen continued to have her office duties until the final hours of her life. She issued two statements one of them regarding Pakistan’s floods victims and the victims of the stabbing attacks in Canada’s Saskatchewan.
The Queen has sent a message to the Governor General and the people of Canada following the attacks in Saskatchewan:

On Thursday, Buckingham Palace said: “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision,” adding “The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.”
However, there were some signs announcing the cancellation of the daily changing of the guard by the gates of Buckingham Palace in London.
