Qatar Reach Arab Cup Quarters after Defeating Oman 2-1

Qatar became the first Arab team to qualify for the quarter-final of the FIFA Arab Cup after defeating Oman 2-1  to top Group A.

The hosts are now at the top of the Group with 6 points after two wins, while Oman are at the bottom with Zero points.

Akram Afif scored the first goal of the match through a shot towards the left post of Al Mukhaini, who ped trying to guess, but the ball had too much power.

Al Hajar ties the game with a header after Abdullah Fawaz's cross from the right sector to make it 1-1.

The VAR granted Qatar a precious goal at the injury time to make it 2-1.
