Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared that Russia has been subjected to an "all-out war in the cybersphere" since the start of its military operation in Ukraine on February 24.
"Today, we will discuss a number of issues related to the protection of information systems and communication companies, ensuring their confident continuity of work, and measures to address external risks in this area," Putin said, in a speech at the start of a meeting of the Russian Security Council today.
The Russian President stressed that this issue is of paramount importance to Russia's sovereignty, security, economy, public administration, and social stability in the country.
