The Sheikh Zayed Misdemeanor Court sentenced producer Sarah El Tabakh to 2 years in prison in absentia and an EGP 2,000 bail, for wasting the money of Mohamed El Sharnouby under the power of attorney and breaching his trust.

In a statement, Aya Saad, the lawyer of the producer, said that she will file a lawsuit against El Sharnoubi for defaming the producer.

She noted that the singer signed a contract with the producer for ten years, starting from 1/9/2017, and power of attorney was issued in 2018.

Saad added that El Tabakh has the right to receive the sums of money and conclude contracts, and her authorization is drawn up from the artist to do so, while these sums are the subject of an account lawsuit between her and the singer, which was shown to the competent courts.

The lawyer stated that: "The artist was being investigated on Sunday in my client's accusation of stealing her scooter and refused to reconcile with him, so he released the document issued against her, even though it was issued a month ago, on December 14, and my client will not waive on her right,".

Saad added that: "Her contract is exclusive and valid to date, the artist will lose in the end and he knows that,".
