   Presidential Adviser: Corona’s Infections Increase Daily  by 7%  in Egypt

Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Health and Preventive Affairs, said that there has been an increase in the number of cases of people infected with the Coronavirus  (known also as COVID-19) in recent days, compared to previous weeks in Egypt.

He warns that the Coronavirus is still present globally and has not ended yet.

The presidential adviser  added that "the daily increase in infections   in Egypt is estimated at 7% - 8%."

Awad Taj El-Din, in a phone call to the “On My Responsibility” program with the media anchor  Ahmed Moussa,  aired on the "Sada El-Balad" space channel, warned against gatherings during the coming period, especially on the beaches.

He went on to say   all that is required of us in the coming period, is the continuation of adhering to preventive measures.”

Taj El-Din indicated that 60% of the citizens received the two doses, and in general, we reached 90 million doses of the vaccine.
